Mesa Vista

Mesa Vista is being planned for an area that is one of the city’s major growth corridors, where new neighborhoods will reach into and coexist with the Chihuahuan Desert. From here the view stretches east across the open desert, bisected by arroyos, towards the Organ Mountains. The site is envisioned to become a unique, new kind of community in Las Cruces. One that embraces the area’s centuries of design, respects the landscape, and creates new opportunities for housing, recreation, and community.
